We are going on the NDream from California back home here to Vancouver BC and was wondering how can we get an upgrade if bigger rooms are not vacant? May 16-19th/05 Thanks...
If the bigger better rooms are taken, its very difficult to upgrade. Live with what you booked. I let my agent know when I book that I would be interested in an upgrade. About half the time I am able to upgrade as the better rooms didn't book, and my agent grabs them at the last minute....but only half the time...... You never really know for sure until the tickets are printed.....and mailed......

The best way to accomplish an upsell is to call the Reaccommodations Desk at the number above and tell them you are interested. Remember, an upsell costs additional to what you have already spent on your cruise. These are not free upgrades that we are discussing. They most likely will not call you. You need to call them to try and make it happen. A good time to start trying is after final payment time.
