I believe the fuel charge is on all cruises after Feb 1!? Whether paid in full or not.
So far, RCCL hasn't gone the fuel charge route...so far... (they probably just bury it in higher cruise rates...). Keeping my fingers crossed for our May cruise on Celebrity.

Although it sucks to have to pay more, at least it is for a fun time. The gas is killing Dan and I with the milage to the hospital. Thank God some very kind people have pitched in with some gas gift cards
