We are going on the Legend in November.  Out of Grand Cayman, Roatan Island and Cozumel, where do I have the best chances of seeing monkeys on a kayak excursion?  Any recommendations of a favorite kayak excursion out of those three locations?  Also, some of the kayak excursions have beach breaks included.  Are these on the ocean?  If I'm going to spend time on a beach, I want to be on the aqua water!  Thanks!
