Mast Chef Rudi Sodamin Creates Special Desserts to Welcome Carnival Corp’s 100th Ship

With the launch of Carnival Magic last weekend, Carnival Corp. (Holland America Line’s parent company) marked a milestone in the cruise industry by welcoming the 100th active ship to the fleet. Celebrations were held across all 10 of the company’s sister-lines to mark the occasion, and HAL’s own Master Chef Rudi Sodamin created some tantalizing desserts to celebrate. Bon Appetit!
