Icruise.com....has anyone used them? Comments? goo/bad

I just logged on today and see significant savings with purchase of cruise and air. Have always used ta and never had any problems. Would like to know if anyone has used them and if so their experience.

Well I thought I posted this yesterday but I guess it did not go through.

I have never used icruise.com but I read a horrible post a few months back. These people had went on site and bought the cruise over the internet from icruise.com. When they got to pier they learned they owed another $1000 between the 3 or them.

It seems that they got the price for a certain state that RCCL was running a sale just for that state. I don't remember the 2 states for example I will use Idaho and Iowa. The sale was for "Idaho" and they were from "Iowa". They complained to icruise.com who claimed they typed in the wrong state abbreivation for their state of residence when they booked the cruise.

Now I have used both cruise.com and Anchors Away but I ALWAYS call their toll free Number and talk to a LIVE person even though cruise.com offers like a $50 discount if you book over the web. I don't want any hundreds of dollars mistakes haunting me.

We use icruise. Have not had any problems with them. Use the icruise visa and it gets us money off our cruises after we earn so many points. If you book online- see if they will send you a confirmation email so that you can check the info to make sure it is correct to avoid any problems. Good luck!!! Happy Cruising!!!

My family has used icruise twice. Please remember that icruise is located in New York. We live in Dallas and on our first time with icruise had a little trouble getting our documents from them on time as they jacked up our reservation. Fortunately , we were able to get it straighted out and received our documents in time to sail. The second time we did not have a problem. I have noticed that their prices have increased some so be careful and shop around. I would have used them again for this summer but was able to get a better deal with Expedia. DO NOT use icruise - they are a terrible company. I booked a cruise with them and they gradually added hundreds of dollars to the price in between the time I reserved and the confirmation. The low prices they lure you in with are not the final prices. The customer service can be impossible to reach to discuss the problems. There are reputable online companies to deal with -this is not one of them.

sorry you had trouble with icruise - they do need to work on some things- i have tried to get a quote on 3 different cruises by emailing them and have heard zero back from them.

We have used them for about 4 cruises. Have had NO problems at all with them. In fact we have 2 cruises booked with them right now. Last year, the price of our cruise went down and I called and they reduced my price to the lower price. We use their credit card and that REALLY lowers the price of the cruise. You just have to make sure you fill in all of the information accurately when doing the paper work. Email me if you have any questions about this site.
