I bought a great book that will tell you everything you want to know. It's called ALASKA BY CRUISE SHIP by Anne Vipond. It's an excellent book, a complete guide to cruising Alaska, and has indepth coverage of the Inside Passage and glacier cruises. All the ports of call are covered, as well as shore excursions, land tours and native culture.
