If you are getting married 10 weeks before cruising you will have plenty of time to get a passport if you file for it right after your wedding. If your documents are in your married name and your id is in your maiden name you can always use your marriage license along with a certified copy of your birthcertificate to show why the names are different plus a photo ID.
