=yeah If you can get upgraded to a higher deck that's fine but I wouldn't pay more money for a higher deck, especially with an inside cabin. I also like to be on a deck where there are no public areas, just passenger cabins because it is quieter with less foot traffic. Technically the ride is smoother on the lower decks but most people don't notice any difference.
