i'm traveling on Oct. 18,2009 with the adventure of the seas. Can any one tell me if i have to have proof of vaccination traveling to aruba, curacoa, dominica and st. thomas. I just found out that some destination requires you to have proof of vaccines. Your input of this is appreciated . thank you

Never have had to offer up vacc certificates on any of those islands but have not been to those islands in a couple of years so unless something has changed or they are having an outbreak of something.
Check out the CDC. This link is for Aruba but the recommendations are all the same

http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/aruba.aspx

and that's pretty much what it is, "recommendations" with the biggest risk being hepatitis A but there are presently no mandatory requirements, which would require a certificate. So as long as your basic vaccinations are current you are probably at minimal risk anyway. Just don't drink the water, that causes dirarectalectus dysfunctionanalus.

We did not have to provide any proof of vacination when we were on AOS last year on that same route... I think the vac. requirements are stricker for the S. America cruises...I remember those sailing on the Mariner around the horn were required to have shots...
