We got off the ship and took a taxi to Red Hook. From there we bought ferry tickets to St John. Once there we took a taxi to Cinnamon Beach....no fee to swim there. Taxis come and go often. Just plan plenty of time to get back to the ferry for your return trip plus taxi to ship.We had the opportunity to stay on the beach much longer this way. (Go to google to find the St Thomas ferry schedules) We LOVED St John!
