The ship is terrific. For me, it's the perfect size. Intimate, yet lots of activity and energy. Don't miss the pizzaria. YUM!

Which itinerary are you doing? I believe she does alternating routes.

Have sailed on the Dawn Princess 4 or 5 times (I'd have to look it up) and I love that class of ship. They layout if very easy to figure out. Make sure you visit the Wheelhouse, a great bar and the disco should get hopping.

As for laying out, my favorite spots are forward, above the Horizon Court by the wading pool. Many times, it is very uncrowded. The other spot is aft, just above the gym area around the small round pool and hot tubs.

Make sure you try the steak house, it is fantastic.

You will love the Dawn Princess. Last year I went on the Sea Princess and I had a wonderful time. What route you will be going? I am going on the Dawn on November 30,2003.

It's a beautiful ship and the people that works there are terrific. You will not be dissapointed with that ship.

Sun Class is by far My Fav class of ship. The atrium offers a nice setting for enjoying a pre-dinner drink. The aft hot tubs are a perfect setting for a moonlight private dip. The FULL walkaround teak promenade with padded loungers offers a quiant area for an afternoon shaded spot for reading of a book or that little cat nap. Enjoy!!! :thumb

I would recommend (if U have not done so yet) going to the reviews section and reading thru some of those reviews from the past sailings as that might help U out.
