I've never used them, but a lot of poeple have said you can't beat their prices.

We just booked our June Pride sailing with them, and other members of our group used them as well. They typically beat anyone's price by hundreds of dollars. I have found them to be extremely responsive and helpful. The main thing to remember with them is that you must know what you want - sailing date, ship, type of cabin, etc.
Although some people express concern that all communication is by email, I have never found this to be an issue. In fact, I have never gone more than 30 minutes without a response. I personally do not care to have a "live" person on a phone. some people get a "warm fuzzy" feeling having that - but it does cost.

Used them on last month's cruise on the Grandeur of the Seas. Price was fantastic and everything went without a hitch. If you know what, when, where and on which ship, I highly recommend them.
