I, too, didn't know whether or not to take a sport jacket for informal nights. At the last minue, I packed one along with a black suit which I used with a tux shirt for formal nights. I was really glad I took the jacket as Celebrity tended to be a lot dressier than Princess. Also, the dining room is quite chilly so that helped. I wore the sport jacket with a dress shirt and no tie.
