Hi we just got back from the Dawn. We had a starboard side but we were cruising north route. Some times we had a fabulous view and stayed right on our deck and other times we wanted to be on the deck and see the whole panaramic view. It was breathtaking. IT is warmer on your balcony since the wind is blocked. But the ship will turn in both glacier bay and college Fjord. But we saw glaciers calving in deck in college fjord. Have a blast.
