We are Going on Inspiration with our 2 sons Aug 24,2003 out of Tampa to Western Caribbean. Anyone recently been on Inspiration???? any feed back would be appreciated. Thanks

Sailed the Inspiration in 1999 and 2001. It is comparable to all the other ships of that size in the fleet. What exactly do you want to know about?

We sailed Inspiration 3/21/2002 and had the time of our lives. It was our first cruise and at the time it sailed out of New Orleans. Food was excellent, our room stewart was just fantastic, the ship was in good shape (although we had nothing to compare it to). We took our 2nd cruise on RCCL Grandeur of the Seas last year. I felt the RCCL ship was probably more a "brass and glass" type, which gives a more polished look. But overall I would say that our service was better on Carnival with the exception of the head waiter of the dining room. This person was at our table every night on RCCL and remembered very specific things about our kids. Pretty impressive considering he is doing this for the entire dining room, TWICE! We are going back to Carnival because over all we felt they are more kid friendly as far as pools/kid programs. Enjoy!! Nan

My wife and I are going on the Inspiration on October 5th. This will be our first cruise and are looking VERY forward to it. All of your comments and reviews have been VERY helpful and we just wanted to say thank you to everyone.
