The internet information on the Celebrity site indicates that you must bring your own laptop and rent a phone kit from guest services for internet access, pay a line charge and usage on the line.

Does anyone know if there is an internet cafe on board the Millenium where you simply buy time for usage?

When we were on the Millie in the Med in August, we found the internet cafe to be extremely slow...and, therefore, quite expensive...I think it was 50 cents per minute...but, downloading a single E-Mail sometimes took several minutes...

After a couple of shots, we gave up...instead, when we pulled into a port, after a day of tours, we'd go look for a local internet cafe...For example, in Dubrovnik there was on right where the shuttle bus pick up was...and they charged something like a Euro and hour--dirt cheap...and the connection was quick...

It is 75 cents per minute but you can buy minutes in advance for a lower price. Most of the ports have internet cafes near the pier

Go on the web cams on the cruise Addicts menu and go to Celebrity then go to Millenium and you can see a picture of the Millenium web cafe.
