I used the hourly rate for email contacts, and was able to keep in touch with the family for a reasonable outlay. You can also send post cards from the on board terminals, but if you type as slowly I do you it can get costly if your not careful. After each session your fee will be added to your on board account so you can keep track of your charges with the interactive tv in your cabin.Peter
