I sailed on the Pride (in March) and the Inspiration (in June) and they both had wireless capability. However, I was told the wireless hub is only in the internet cafe and has a relatively short range (would not work in your cabin for sure). Carnival will rent wireless cards ($10/day) or you can use your own. If you are running Windows XP, then the setup is pretty easy. If you are not running Windows XP, then they will give you some software to use to get hooked up. I do not believe there was anything extra, but the standard $3.95? charge to get hookep for internet service. I chose not to use it with my laptop as I just did not feel like lugging my laptop down to the internet cafe.I have not heard if they are expanding the capability on the newer ships.Barry
