You situation is isolated and unfortunately has affected your opinion of Celebrity. Stay with HAL, we will all be having a great time on Celebrity. I do recomend that you call Travelocity and not e-mail. It's too easy for e-mails to get lost, accidently deleted or ignored. There is nothing like dealing with a human being instead of the computer. That's why I use Travelocity for reference, but book through my travel agent. A small company travel agent will take the extra step to get you what you need and they can almost always match or beat any deals Travelocity may offer. Enjoy your cruise and maybe I'll run into you on HAL when I'm older.
