I ordered a brochure for Hal online and then they called and said that some info was missing and took the info over the phone. That was back in April and I still have not received any brochure. So Skip by your standards of customer service I guess Hal is also lacking. The point is people make mistakes, E-mails do get lost in cyber space brochures get lost in the mail and so on. All we are saying is don't be so hard on them and give them a chance to fix the problem. And at least wait to sail on them before saying you will not sail with them again. I can't think of one cruise line that I have not heard something neg. about at some time or another.Laurie :wave
