The person who wrote that review has posted negative reviews before (check out his review of the Zaandam.I wouldn't be too concerned about that specific review.We sailed the Mercury last summer and loved her. It's the only Celebrity cruise we've taken so I can't comment on whether they're going downhill or not however we did find the service to be better than on HAL and NCL and RCCL.
