Totally understand your frustration—booking a cruise should be exciting, not stressful. It’s especially disappointing when you plan ahead and pay early expecting better access, only to hit roadblocks with the website and booking options. You’d think HAL would have smoother systems in place by now. I’ve had similar struggles with excursion bookings on other lines too, but this definitely sounds like something HAL needs to improve. Hopefully the actual cruise experience makes up for the rocky start!
