Is Juice and milk available 24 hrs?

On our last cruise(Disney Magic) there was an area ,outside the buffet area ,that had milk, water and juice ( in the am) . Is there something similair to that on the Grand? We would fill our own water bottles for excursions and fill our own water bottles with juice to bring back to the room to make our own drinks. I am not concerned about the drinks however I really would like to have water with me at the pool without the cost. If anyone can help I would appreciate it . Thanks

If you go to the Horizon Court, you will probably find something. If you don't see what you want, ask one of the servers. I've requested milk and they've brought it to me. You could also call room service.
