I've done a Pac NW cruise at the same time of year that you're planning your cruise.  We also expected cold, possibly rainy weather and packed accordingly.  We got hot weather, clear skies, not a drop of rain and cool evenings.  Even the pools were being heavily used.  So, pack layers just in case you run into warmer weather.
