I booked direct through Carnival.com. I booked an OV guarantee on the Miracle and got upgraded to a balcony on the 7th floor. The room was fairly close to the back of the ship but also close to the elevator. It was very quiet.The Miracle doesn't have many OV rooms so I figure that's why I got upgraded. I booked in October and travelled in February.
