My mom is interested in seeing the island highlights in Grand Cayman when we are there.  The ship offers tours, but I dont really want to use them unless I have to.  Anyone use a local tour company or taxi to "self-tour" here??  We are doing Stingray city with Capt Marvins, but she also wants to see more of the island since shes never been there before, and who knows if/when she will go again.
