italian charms in Nassau??

Do they sell italian charms in Nassau or Freeport? Do they have them on the cruise ships yet? They are the little modular charms you hook together to make a bracelet. I know St. Thomas usually has everything long before you see it here, but don't know if it is true of Nassau or Freeport. One with a cruise ship would be cute!!
