We just returned from the Enchantment which went to Ocho Rios and Grand Cayman. We booked our tours on our own through what we read on different message boards. Here is a review of those tours.

Ocho Rios, Jamaica
We went with Trevor Hudlin and he was awesome. We were 2 families with 5 boys and 1 girl, ages 11,12,15,16,17,18. Trevor met us at the dock and we rode in a van/bus to Dunns River Falls. WE had asked to go there first as I had read it is best to beat the crowds which we did. When we were leaving it was getting very crowded. We then went for a tour of Fern Gully, a Jamaican village and to a pottery factory. We had planned to go river tubing but it started to sprinkle so we decided to just go back to Margaritaville. Our tour was great. Trevor is very informative and a lot of fun. He had everyone in the van singing Jamaican songs. Along the way he stopped and bought sugar cane for all of us to try. I highly recommend him.

Grand Cayman
We booked through Nativeways. We went to Stingray City and snorkeling. The trip was great and the guides on the tour were very helpful. We went here a few years back and booked a tour through a cruiseline. The tour was twice as expensive and only went to Stingray City, no snorkeling. I recommend Nativeways and would definitely go with them again.

We LOVED Trevor too!
In Grand Cayman we booked our StingRay trip through Capt. Brian on the Buccaneer which is a catamaran. It was fun!
