Jane returned recently from Montego Bay, where she had retained Trevor Hudlin for a private tour. He was very dependable, and very reasonably priced.
Jane set up a custom itinerary with Trevor via email, wanting to visit some specific locations, including the Bob Marley Experience (turned out NOT to be a good experience) and the Pork Pit for an authentic Jamaican lunch. These destinations are not on HAL's shore excursions, so it was great to arrange something special. NO PROBLEM!
Trevor was on the pier as promised with his air-conditioned van, and off went the girls on their adventure. Trevor proved to be an excellent guide, pleasant to ride with, and he made sure that the gals were not hassled along the way.
The best news was his professionalism. Jane's tour had been arranged well in advance, and when her cruise docs arrived, we found out she was not going to Jamaica at all (the itinerary had been adjusted to exclude Grand Cayman, devastated by the hurricane), so sadly we canceled with Trevor. THEN, on sail day, Jane discovered that HAL's itinerary was changed back to the original schedule. I quickly contacted Trevor via email, who responded immediately and reinstated Jane's custom tour -- AWESOME!
We highly recommend Trevor Hudlin when you visit Montego Bay. We will gladly work with him the next time we are there. It's trevorhudlin@hotmail.com
