We're booked on the Star for New Years (Dec 26 - Jan 2). We have a fun group from Cruise Critic (another board). We invite you to join on that site! We went on the Grand last year for New Years - our first cruise. Had so much fun with our group, and loved it so much, everyone one booked again this year.
Look forward to hearing from you, either on this board or Cruise Critic. Should be a fun time!

If I recall the Xmas Dec.s came down after we got on and sailed a couple of days.Then New Years went up . Some of the Xmas Dec's were included in the New years Dec. too ! By the 3rd of Jan they were all down

Thanks for the welcome! I am a "voyeur" of the boards. I read, learn from and enjoy all of the comments and as I have limited cruise experience don't offer any suggestions! We are meeting some friends and their adult kids for the Dec 26 cruise. Very excited.
