I saw jeans and shorts and t-shirts on the Mercury for lunch in the dining room when we were on a Panama Canal cruise. I never had breakfast in the dining room on the Mercury.I honestly figure those that say they never saw jeans or shorts really were not looking at what others were wearing and why should they. Or perhaps some say they did not see any and it was not allowed because that is what they would prefer. I actually take notice because of the fact that it seems to bother some people on the cruise boards. It is funny how some people only observe what they want to observe. My comment is not meant to offend it is just my own observation.
