Jewel of the Seas Balcony Dividers

Does anyone know if the balcony dividers on the Jewel of the Seas can be opened between two or more cabins?

No, they cannot be opened....they're bolted closed.

I think that's the way of it now for all ships since the Princess fire but I wouldn't swear to it. I know there were a number of modifications in the balconies after the fire.

All of the Radiance class of ships have had balcony dividers fixed in place since launch.

They did change the plastic below the railing to a non flammable material after the findings of the Princess fire.
