Join MSC Opera's wellbeing cruise -a vacation filled with personal pampering. Give yourself the luxury of a proper relaxing break, discover the true sense of time and find the equilibrium that comes from having body and soul in harmony.

Depart Saturday, 1 September 2007 from Copenhagen and cruise to Kiel in Germany, a natural port and gateway to the cities of Hamburg and Lubeck.

After a day at sea, arrive in Doverbefore departing for the Iberian Peninsula. Here, MSC Opera will call into the Spanish ports of La Coruna and Malaga, with a chance to visit Granada and its spectacular Alhambra Palace. Then cruise to Valletta, capital of Malta, followed by the medieval walled city of Dubrovnik, Croatia. Finally, arrive in style and feeling entirely renewed in Venice on 13 September 2007.

On board you will enjoy a unique voyage to discover the perfect sense of wellbeing. Make the most of seminars put on by experts who give advice and provide demonstrations and free consultations to enhance your health and wellbeing. MSC Cruises have joined forces with the Italian Medical-Scientific Society AIDAP (Associazione Italiana Disturbi dell'Alimentazione e del Peso), to offer a special wellbeing cruise with a series of meetings and seminars.

These will be dedicated to sensible eating habits and weight control, supervised by dieticians and nutritionists. A food diary and a calorie-counting device provided by AIDAP will be available to all participants.

The seminars will centre on breathing techniques, the importance of personal contact and, among other aspects, the effects of lava stones, shiatsu and Thai massage, chakra and the use of crystals.

Additionally, there will be practical demonstrations and regenerating courses in the Techno Gym, special dietary menus and wellbeing cocktails plus pre-programmed fitness courses. Special wellbeing packages with MSC Cruises are a must - all you have to do is abandon your senses to the Balinese and Thai massage, reflexology and pressotherapy.

Once the treatments and the seminars are over, you can dive into one of the onboard pools, eliminate toxins with a sauna or Turkish bath or burn off a few more calories by running along the jogging track.

Allow yourself to be massaged by the bubbles in the hydro-massage baths, clear your mind of any thoughts as you take your ease in the relaxation room and then treat yourself to a few beauty treatments and visit the on board hairdressers. The pleasure is all yours.
