Carnival Cruise Lines Vacation Planners received an e-mail this afternoon that states beginning with the next sailing on each vessel in the fleet there will no longer be topless decks on any Carnival ship.I haven't seen an official announcement yet but I have this info from a Carnival Groups Department Agent.What a shame. It was always such an interesting thread to watch when someone would ask.
