Maybe the dress code enforcement has something to do with time of the year you cruise. You mentioned 400 children on board which makes for a lot of families.On the Summit this past February with almost no children and an average age of 50 to 60 years old we saw no one during the ten night cruise not complying with the dress code and about 65% of the men in a tuxedo.
