We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel off King Street. We had a rental car and paid a daily parking fee for unlimited in/out privileges. I doubt highly that the hotel would allow parking privileges for the duration of your cruise, even if you were willing to pay for it. Besides, I'm pretty sure the $110 port parking fee is more reasonable.
