I have only done the Tatoosh Islands Kayaking in Ketchikan. I can tell you that this was a lot of fun and very interesting. The guides that took us were very good and very careful with us. Most of the people on our tour had never used a kayak but we were given good instruction and watched very carefully. We did see a lot of star fish and had a few small seals come up to us in one of the areas that we kayaked in.

I can't say which of the three you suggest is better but I will say we enjoyed Tatoosh.
