Key West isn't that big...it's fun just to walk around and check out the local flavor, IMHO.Other than that, you can rent mopeds to tool around the island on or take a Conch Train Tour. There is the Mel Fisher Museum, with lots of artifacts from his dives-namely the Atochia, and also a Shipwrecker museum, althoug I have never been in there.
