conch (Konk) is the best and the most popular. I have been on both and I highly prefer the train. The trolly is just a bus. The train is more like the trams at Disney.

I agree the Conch tour is good, BUT if you don't dock in the town, you'll be bused into the town and the folks who drive the busses have the same spiel (bad jokes, weak puns, and all) as the folks who drive the Conch Train. So be prepared to tune out. As with most Caribbean spots there really is not that much to see, but my preference is that the tour guides would just confine themselves to pointing out stuff and relating some history without the jokes and puns.

Key West is a very walkable town. I'd buy a map and just wander around. Then you don't have to deal with the bad jokes. Only advantage I see to taking a bus is the air conditioning. Enjoy.
