My last cruise, I took my 8 and 10 year old boys. They had a BLAST! Yes, your kids will love it. With the kids programs, you and your wife will get some time alone even though you are taking a family vacation. I never used the late night baby sitting services, and I cant recall what time the regular kids programs ended (maybe 10ish?) but that is available I think if you want to do late night adult things.
