Kids food question on the Apex / Silhouette?

Quick question.
Thinking about a cruise on either the Apex or the Silhouette. One of our kids eats a very limited menu. Can previous cruisers advice if chicken strips are available at the MDR's by request?

Although i can not speak to those specific ships . Other X ships i have been on would always have that available. Check with your TA if you need specifics.
