Tom, First of all you have to post again and tell us what you are interested in but, I have some suggestions. In Grand Cayman there is expensive shopping right at the pier. You can take a taxi to Seven Mile Beach or swim with sting rays. In Cozumel there is inexpensive shopping right at the pier. You can take a taxi to Playa del Sol or Playa San Fransisco or this spelling won't be right Chanakab Park. The park has snorkeling, swim with the dolphins(if booked ahead) and a dolphin experience plus botanical gardens. Progresso is a rather new port in a rather poor town. There is a beach right at the pier. You can read the reviews section to find out what others did on their cruise. You can get a list of shore excursions from your travel agent, pick what sounds good then come back here to ask if you can do it cheaper on your own. Darlene

Ocho Rios - check out Dunn's River Falls and there is a beach at the falls that's ok.

Cozumel - Rent a car and "Do" the island's great beaches

G C - Turtle farm. Go to hell and get a t-shirt. 7 mile beach is nice.

From my experience I would say to just rent a floating mat at labadee and relax. This was my favorite stop on our Voyager cruise, mainly because it was totally relaxing with no pressure.

In Ocho Rios I would suggest booking a tour with Pete Taylor. He took us to Dunn's Rivers falls, a tour of the Ferngully and then he'll drop you off at a shopping area if you would like. Way cheaper than the ship tours! I highly recommend him.

On Grand Caymen we went shopping and had lunch...Big mistake. Take a shore excursion here and save the shopping for elsewhere because everything is overpriced.

In Cozumel, we did the Xcaret excursion. While the park was beautiful, it was a very long day and a rough boat ride to get there and back. If I were to go on this particular cruise again I wouldn't do the Xcaret excursion, rather I would spend the time shopping in Cozumel.

Agree with the majority here, be sure to go to Dunns River Falls in Ocho Rios (defintely do something here and the port is not the safest or nicest place to travel with a guide), Stingray city in GC, and just about anything in Cozumel. I would stay on the island though instead of going to Playa to Tulum or the tours there.
