Yeppers I hear ya! My Sailing was on Carnival Legend last May 29 - June 7. I boarded her right in my home town of NYC.
Coming back from the last port of Tortola BVI we took a two day trip back to NY. The whole way up I was saying to myself, cantcha slow it down a couple of knots!! PLEEEEEZE!! lol.
Sure, it's only a booking away, but I'm sure you can agree, we need a couple of things before we get to the booking. Time off from work, and money.
I missed my trip so much I pulled a few things off to get off from work last October to fullfill another dream of mine and that was to sail on the Magnificent Grand Princess. They dragged her out of new york the year she was christened back in '98, and never to be seen again. Sorry, I diverted.....Her Sister had her homeport here for some time , Golden Princess. But my heart was still on Carnival Legend.
Legends two sisters will be in NY, Carnival Pride and her brand new cousin, Carnival Miracle. I"ll be there!
