Over 17 cruises, I have yet to set foot in a laundry room! That one looks very nice and clean, but there's something a little bit depressing about those ironing boards all lined up, soldier-like when one is on vacation. The only time I felt like I might have wanted a laundry is when we came back from a walking tour of the rain forest in Costa Rica. We had collected quite a bit of mud and scurried roomward as fast as we could. Once there, we took turns standing in the shower, clothes, boots and all. We used the shampoo pretty liberally and then hung our stuff up with that handy laundry line in the shower. It worked very well! The steam from the shower also works in dewrinkling most items. I hope to hold on to my record, but if one has to use a laundry, the one shown in the post probably makes the necessity pleasant.
