NCL recently changed the Stars itinerary and arrival time back to LA from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, due to azipod problems. Assuming two hours for Customs to clear the ship, and another two hours disembarking the ship, getting through Customs, traveling to the airport, and getting through airport security, you may wish to change your flight to a later departure. I'd would say everything must go perfectly and quickly to make a 1:00 pm flight.
