AJcost, this is a question that comes up often and everyone has a different answer. Each answer is backed by "someone told me this" I don't think any of us know for certain, so we just give the wait staff an extra $5 to $10 depending. If there are more of you, then increase it some. Look at it this way, with all the money we seem to spend on the ship what's another few bucks. Now, if you do plan on eating there every night that's a different story. We usually eat in the specialty restaurtants twice. No the menu does not change, but there are about 3 or 4 selections: all very good I may add. Hope this helps a little.NMNita
