We are flying into LAX and leaving on the Star from the Long Beach pier. Can anyone help with recommendations for a hotel and info on taxis vs. the Super Shuttle or any other ideas? We won't be arriving until 6 p.m., but is there anything to do in the area in the evening? Thanks for any help you can give.
