Hi Tracer, I can't answer how much the view would be because I'm fairly sure it's not the same from cabin to cabin. I peeked in a few cabin doors on that deck, and you could see a lot in those rooms, but who can say what your individual cabin will be like. The ones I saw had the top of the life boat about as high and the ships railing.Given a choice between the obstructed balcony and a window, absolutely I'd take the obstructed balcony. No question about it. But given how much you're already spending, I'd be inclined to just pay the little bit extra to move up one more floor.Try this link.
