This is a long way off but it seems that this sailing is booking up fast. Must be due to the excellent pricing. Our group will be celebrating a college graduation and our 19th wedding anniversary. Hope to meet some people on this sailing.

Well, I guess it is because it is such a long way away. Maybe people will come out of the wood work soon.

I Spent most of the morning trying to figure this one out.any way it works I hope. We are still very excited about the cruise even if it is a long way off. We have been on two other crusies both on the Pardise out of Miami. We really enjoy both. Things are a little different on this ship as compaired to the Carnival crusies. This will also be our first cruise with a out side view cabain. We also have been to two of the stop before.

I have only been on 2 other cruises. As you can see I have booked another cruise for way far away. I have never cruised on Carnival, just Premier (Big Red Boat) and Holland America. I saw the Carnival cruise on another board and booked for $25.00 pp and the rest of the deposit is not due until April of 2006. I couldn't let that slip away. The price is great also. I don't know how I am going to be able to stand the next 7+ months but it should be fun talking about it.

Where does the Carnival Conquest go. The price sounds right, I need to look that one up. I really want to do the Pannama Cannel one day in the furture. Yes Arlene (My wife) and my self spend a lot of time with our friends just chatting about the crusie we are all really looking foward to it. We really are looking foward to this one there will be more of us in this group than the last two we went on. Some of them this will be there first time. On our first trip we did a lot of shopping at Cozemel we relly enjoyed it. I have made quite a collection of pictures of the ship and the different place we are going there is stuff all over the internet .

I'm with you, where is everyone? I need to check and see if I can do shore excursions yet. We want to do the fly fishing while we are in Costa Maya and because of time I want to do that one thru Royal. I am looking to do other excursions thru local people as long as time is not an issue. How about you.

I don't know anything but what the RCI excursions page says. It is for 2 people in a boat to fly fish or they also have regular spinning reels. I says that they go out to the flats to fish. I am going to try to research about the fishing but it does sound fun. You could probably find a fishing trip cheaper by not going thru RCI but this one in while we are in Costa Maya and we are only there from 10am to 6pm and the excursion is for 6 hours. I would not want to chance something happening and miss the boat! It is pretty pricey but if dh wants to go and pay I'm all for it!

I looked at what they had on line it looks real good. Like you said it is a little expensive but it should be a lot of fun. They do a lot of fishing like that in the keys. I was thinking about trying it my self but I will have to wait and see if I am able. Six hours is a long time to be out in the hot sun. I know you will enjoy it . Snook are a lot of fun to hook into .

I have never done that type of fishing. I really have only been fresh water fishing. We like to go bass fishing and bream fishing.

When you Fly fish like that you can see what you are fishing for in most cases . Check out bone fishing on the inter net. You can catch a lot of different thing including sharks, tarpon, and all the stuff they mention in the excersion. You will have a blast.

I can't wait for the cruise or the fishing. I talked to someone that shares our office space and he has been fishing in the flats in the Caribbean and he says it is awesome!

Has anyone checked the cabin availability lately? Up until this week the sailing seemed sold out (I know that ta's hold blocks of cabins) but now every type is available except suites. Does anyone know the rhyme or reason of how the cruise lines have/don't have available cabins?

We have noticed the same thing have no idea why. Makes no sense at all. I am ready to go to cant wait. That may also be the reason there are not more sigened up for the meet and mingle.

Well, now after some time of everything becoming available, it is back to nothing available. It is really hard to figure out.

Is anyone else getting excited? It is now only a little over 5 months away :grin

Hey everyone, just made final payment and am really looking now for excursions to book. Thinking about a 4 hr fishing excursion while in Cozumel. We are going to be there so long that we can do 2 or 3 things. What is everyone else doing?

Hope to get this thread going again since it is getting closer and closer.
