We are planning a western cruise for next summer. Not sure if it is going to be the legend, liberty or trumph. I am looking for any menus or capers you would have on the liberty, legend or trumph.

Choose the Legend. We've sailed the Legend and the Triumph. The Legend was several notches nicer than the Triumph. (I would not try to choose between those two ships based on the food. It was almost identical. Very good on both.)
[For what it's worth: So far, out of fifteen cruises, if placed in order of our favorites, from best being number one, to least liked as 15, The Triumph would probably be 15. The Legend would be in the middle.]

Carnival menus are fleetwide. Each ship will have the same exact thing.
Triumph does NOT have a supper club- the other two ships do.
The Legend has only one dining room so your time to chose for dining is 5:45 or 8pm. The Legend is easier to navigate.
I would not base my decision on the capers-- coz what you see now is not what it will be like when you cruise. Different CDs do different things depending on Itineraries.
Liberty is changing Itinerary come August 12. and again in Apri/May
